2 bed room unit in the heart of Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast QLD.

Im looking for sommeone who can stay in my unit and look after my 2 cats bewteen 25/05/2017 -20/06/2017

The unit is in great location, walking distance to Mooloolaba beach, cafes, resturants and bus stops.

The unit is furnished and has everything you need including the internet access.

At the moment, I only have my kingsize bed so if you are not comfortable in sleeping in my bed or need extra bed in spare room, you will need to arrange yourself.

The rent is FREE for an exchange of looking after my cats and unit. I will require the bills( looking at around $20-30per person per week) and the bond $340, which I will refund when you leave.

You must be

- a cat lover

- reliable and responsible

- clean and tidy

- strictly non smoker

- be flexible to dates and able to stay the whole period

I may consider use of my car if required. ( no insuarance so your reaponsibility for any damage to my car).

Great oppotunity to explore the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
