· Freight Forwarding experience
· EDI Enterprise experience
· Proven Strong Customer service focused skills
· Be fluent in Japanese & English (strong written and oral skills)
· Proven ability to meet KPI's
· Must have all MS Office suite advanced computer and email skills
Knowledge of International Freight Procedures
-General requirements-
· Sort incoming HAWB’s ex Break-Bulk section, for selected customers
· Assist in day-to-day functions of Sales & Customer Service Executive’s Role
· Ensure a register is maintained for all Customer service enquires
-Attend and report sales and customer service activities at weekly meetings.
-Provide general operational assistance to key departments as required
-Additional adhoc duties as required
