Since one of our housemate is relocating herself to Europe soon, we'd like to find a lovely lady who can fit in this neat and cozy 3 bedroom unit. Preferably a fulltime student or a fulltime worker like us.

The unit is located in a very quiet street, not far from Military road which you can find all kinds of shops & markets, and trendy bars & restaurants. Less than 10 minutes of walk will bring you to the bus stop, and buses depart to the city every 5 minutes.

This room is fully furnished with abed, desk, mirror and huge wardrope. Also all the kitchen facilities are set to share with a new tenant. So basically you wouldn't need to bring anything with you:)

I'm hoping to meet a tidy, quiet and responsible person who enjoys her life style:)

3 weeks bond in advance and $215 p/w(bills for gas, electricity and Internet are all included) 6 months minimum stay, and pls give me 3 weeks notice before moving out)
