Our flat is strategically located, 2 mins from darling harbour 5 mins town hall and 5 mins to town hall, 2 mins to world square :). Our Flat has it both very quiet and chilling place and withing walking distance to city center town hall. Next to darling harbour. All the shops restaurants pubs minutes away. Apartment is new. All the tenants are friendly and welcoming to newcomers :). International flat with people from all over the world. perfect place to chill and improve english. All the bills inclusive in the rent. no extra pay. we have a cleaner who comes regularly once a week and clean the flat. so no cleaning worries. we keep the flat clean ourselves as well though.

we also have in the builging brand new swimming pool and gym, which can be used from 6 am to 10 pm
