We are looking for clean and tidy person, would preferred a female, but a male who knows clean up after himself would be considered. This area very quiet and good for study.

We would like a person who can take care of them self and respect others, enjoy and share their life.  This room is big enough for two single bed, so if two friends want to share can be considered in different price.
