The room is cute and quiet, the main living room is large with high ceilings, elegant furniture, and wonderful housemates. 

This room is a single small room. There is another room suited to couples. The cost of the couples room is $450 per week.

We are Aussie, European and Ameriacan, but we admire the Japanese culture of thoughtfulness and effectivness, so want a nice Japanese housemate, who is also busy doing wonderful things with their life.

Nearby is the cute village of Booth St Ananndale, with cafes and creative street life. Only 10minutes bus to Central station
We all love to cook healthy food, are very kind and tidy, and try to learn Japanese. 

No t.v. here.  Instead, we enjoy cooking and dinner parties, reading by the fireplace, and watching the three chickens in the big back garden. 

I work a few months of each year as a designer in Japan, teaching and creating Permaculture systems.

Guests must be over 26, and wonderful.

皆で料理やリビングでの映画鑑賞、ヨガなど楽しんでいて、とても居心地の良い、かつインスピレーションが刺激される環境だと思います!
