The room with 2 large wardrobes, Queen size bed ,  bedside table, 11 drawers dressing table, internet & tv connection, wifi. Also, the The room can add more furniture or remove furniture according to yr needs. 

The rent is $180/pw plus electr bill. 4 week rent as bonds. 3 month minimum staying and 3 weeks notice in advance for moving out. Looking for a tidy, clean flatmate.
