Hey guys!
My husband and I am looking for one female to share the spacious and super clean bedroom! You are going to share the room with three different female roommates!
We are newly married couple and we are from Korea!
I rented this townhouse a month ago and bought every furniture, home appliances(two brand new Samsung fridge and one brand new LG washing machine. Both have 10 years warranty), interior pieces, lights, kitchen & cleaning appliances as a brand new one!
This flat is fully renovated before I moved in so I've got a brand new hard floor in downstairs and a new coat of paint for both level.
Besides, I changed a fan and a kitchen sink as a brand new one as well.
There will be only FEMALE living together except my husband yet he's quite helpful. Haha.
I do prefer to look for only FEMALE at the moment.
The payment will be $160 per week and it is fully included an electricity and gas bill and ADSL2+ unlimited wireless internet!!!
We provide rice, water purifier, dishwashing detergents, and air freshener for toilet.
You can get your own new quilt, quilt cover, pillow, pillow cover, and mattress sheet.
Also you are gonna have your own wardrobe as well so you don't need to worry about sharing your stuff with others! (There are only 2 closets in a picutre but actually we've got 4 closets in a room.)
