Our current tenant is moving out soon so there is a room vacancy in our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. We are renting out the second room. You will have your own bathroom (can be used guests). The apartment is conveniently located between 2 train station, Redfern and Green Square (you can easily walk to either of the station, or ride a bicycle). The surroundings is quiet and safe. There is a big park just around the corner if you love nature. Alexandria is also very close to Airport, which is very useful if you work around there.

The rent is $250 per week, and there is a 2 weeks bond of $500 need to be paid in advance. The bond is fully refundable as long as you don't break anything when you move out. Female is preferred, but if you are a nice clean tidy quiet gentleman, you are also welcome to apply. Please note that we don't welcome couple or friends staying overnight.

The apartment is fully furnished with all appliance. Big fridge with your own section, washing machine, TV, microwave, etc. Internet is also free. There are spots for bicycle in the basement if you choose to get one.

We are a married couple with no kids yet are the owner of this place. There will be no more people, just us and you. We are Chinese-Indonesian and we speak English everyday. We expect mature tenant with mature attitude. We are very friendly and welcoming. Please see us for an inspection! :)
