I am looking for a tidy guy to share in our friendly unit in Ultimo. The apartment is with the big balcony and two bedrooms with living room equipped with TV and internet TV.
The place is tidy and housemates are friendly and nice. (I am nice too :) Great vibe here at home. You have to be responsible and tidy too. (That is the condition).
The best thing about it is its location. Located in a very quiet environment even though in the city and surrounded by a lot of parks. It's just at the back of UTS so UTS students would be the best to reside. Very close to Broadway shopping centre. So grocery shopping and every shopping in walking distance. Paddy's market (Market City) is 3 mins away, and Central Park shopping centre is 4 mins away too.
135/w in the guys room. It includes all the bills so you don't have to spend any more. The girls room is full now.

You will have your own key and your own locker to keep important stuff as well.
