Hi Everyone,
I have got a room available in Ashfield. It's suitable for a single person - either a professional or student. The room is middle size with build-ins and there is a balcony attached to the room.
It's a 2 bedroom flat in Ashfield, close to the station (10 mins walk), shops and everything. There is a bus stop just 1 min away. There is a bus every 15mins to the city, UTS, University of Sydney and Burwood.
Flat is nice, sunny, airy and always clean.
I am a 32 y/o professional lady working full time.
There will be just two people in the flat including you.
I am looking for nice, down-to-earth and clean people who can clean after themselves.
It's a great place to relax after work or study and great pleace to practice English.
