私（Matt）1人とお家をシェアですが、週に約3日、6歳の息子が泊まりに来ます。

私は日本語が少し話せるので、英語を勉強したい方だったら、教えあったり勉強のお手伝いをする事もできます。

St.Peter's駅とKing Streetバス停まで徒歩7分、Newtown駅とMacdonaldtown駅までは徒歩12分～15分、University of Sydney, UTS, UNSW(バスで)にも近いです。

家賃は週$325　(電気代やガス等の支払い)が3ヵ月に一度$200~250です。

Room available in a bright and airy 2 bedroom, 2 level apartment in Erskineville.

The available room has a double bed and built in robe plus there is a study area. The house is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen including all the trimmings.

7 minute walk to St. Peter's Station & King St. busses or 12-15 minute walk to either Newtown or Macdonaldtown Stations.

Close to University of Sydney and UTS. Direct bus to UNSW takes about 30 minutes.

You'll be sharing with myself and my six year old son who stays three nights a week when I am not working.

Rent is $325/week plus bills which are usually about $200-$250/quarter including unlimited ADSL 2+ internet.
