Hi! I have a large double room to rent in my two bedroom house in Manly. It's just off Addison road, so it's a great quiet location and only a 10 minute walk to the wharf and main beach and 5 minutes down to Little Manly. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers, with plenty of space for a wardrobe. The house is spacious with the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry upstairs and a large kitchen/dining/living area and second toilet downstairs. It has its own entrance with a small garden out the front and back. There is also a secure underground car park with space for two cars.


It is to share with me, a 30 year old female professional and my cat Archie! I have a pretty busy, active lifestyle and am out and about swimming, snorkelling and catching up with friends in Manly most weekends. I am quite a social person but don't reallly have parties at home and try and avoid too many late nights! I'm looking for a professional with a similar lifestyle and someone tidy and considerate. Ideally I would like someone who is keen to stay longer term and sorry no couples! Rent is $350/ week plus bills.
