I am a student at UNSW and would like to sublet my room on Anzac Parade, Kensington from 9th June 2017. The room is fully furnished and is located at post office in Kensington, which is very close to bus stop.

It takes 7-8 minutes by walk to UNSW, and 10 to 15 mins to CBD area.

The flat has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms, with spacious room and sunshine.

Price is $230per a week and includes all bills.

Deposit of $460 required.
