We have a furnished own spacious room available in Ultimo, near Harris Street ideal for a couple.

The room includes a double bed with mattress, a bedside table, a big ikea shelf and garment rack. The room also has a spacious built-in ward robe.
The room rent is $360 all bills included (Electricity, unlimited internet) with 3 weeks bond.

The apartment is located in Ultimo and is equally close to Coles or IGA. It is also very close to the Fish Market and Wentworth Park, Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre, for those who like to exercise. On the other side of the street, World Square, Darling harbour, Chinatown and Paddy's market can be reached by foot within 10-12 minutes. There are only 2 rooms in the flat and you'll be sharing the apartment with my flatmates (2 working professional in the city).

The flat is clean and for non smoker. The room is very spacious as well as the ward robe.
