2 mins to bus station (M54), bus comes every 5-15 mins, 5 mins bus to Parramatta, 35 mins train from Parramatta
to City. Parramatta is the largest surburb in Sydney with offices and all utilities.

The landlord is 29 y.o female Chinese, came to Australia when she is 14.

The landlord is learning Japanese at the moment. The price is negotiable.
