ルームメイトは、コロンビア人のカップル、二人とも優しく綺麗好きで、仕事をしながら勉強をしているので、たくさん刺激がもらえると思います。

インターネット、光熱費込みで週315ドルです。家具は全て揃っており、部屋は、相談によりますが、ベッドを売ることができます。

引っ越しの時期は特に決まっていないので、相談次第となります。

Hi all.

Room available in this apartment in Glebe (Glebe point road), sharing the apartment with a quiet international middle aged married couple who are really kind and great housemates, both are fairly busy.

The bus stop is right in front of building and this place locates in very convenient area as Broadway shopping centre, IGA and Glebe market are close.
The bedroom is big enough for a queen bed and has a built in ward robe. There is no parking space but you could get a permit for on street parking.

This apartment has recently renovated so it’s perfectly clean and functional. The rent is $315 (bills included) weekly. A bond would be also required.

The date to move in has not been decided, please message/direct message me if you want to come and view it and send me some information about yourself.

No couple unfortunately. This would be ideal for a student or professional.
