Hey there. I’m looking for a neat and tidy couple to share a furnished 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom unit with me. It has a spacious living room, balcony, car park, and separate laundry room. Rent includes all bills (electricity, wifi, household essentials such as toilet paper, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, 2x bath towels + 2x face towels (new) & sheets, etc.). The area is quiet and safe. Available on the 19th of May.

The available room is bigger & much spacious compared to mine, natural night comes from huge windows, has a double sized bed, and built in wardrobe.

I am friendly, adventurous and easy to get along with. Also minimalist, very organised, keeps the unit clean, however I am usually away.

No smoking and pets allowed unfortunately.

• 3 minute walk to Carlton Station and 23 minutes to Central
• Rarely trackwork (I think quarterly??)
• In front of a Catholic church
• 2 stations away to Westfield Hurstville
