I am looking for someone to share this 2-bedroom unit located on quiet St Marks Road in Randwick.

Location:
- 18 minutes walking to Coogee Beach
- 28 minutes to townhall station by bus
- 17 minutes walking to UNSW

You will only share the place with me and very likely a little cat . There is an undercover car space available also if needed. The rent is $290 per week and utilities shared evenly.

The room:
The room has a double bed, a chest of drawer and a small cabinet to hang clothes. I just keep it simple so you can bring in your own style :) I like the fact that it is very green outside the window.


A little about me:

I’m working full time in taxation. I like buying plants so there might be more and more in the apartment lollll. I enjoy the beach and like to go for rock climbing, yoga and camping sometimes. I’m in early 30s, very tidy and friendly.
