Lewisham is quiet, leafy and safe suburbs, surroundings by leichhardt, summer hills and petersham, and this is the ONLY apartment complex with all NEW apartments - within Meriton Luna apartment complex.


Lewisham Light Rail is literally passing apartment complex or 1 min walk, with frequency every 10-15 mins. It will take you along to Leichhardt, annandale, fish market, pyrmont, glebe, star city, convention centre, tramshed, darling harbour, chinatown, paddys market and central station.

Literally 5 mins walk to Lewisham trains station to go anywhere. Lewisham is surrounded cafe scene suburbs such as summer hills, leichhardt, newtown, enmore marrickville, st peters etc. Been here for 6 months and honestly I'm amazed with the fact how convenience to go to all funky neighbors cafes and restaurants.

10 mins walk to Parramatta road which can catch any bus to CBD

I'm still amazed with the transport connection until now.

The apartment is brand new and almost everything is purchased NEW.


FLATMATE:


This apartment will be ONLY sharing with me (so total 2 people only), a busy professional working 9 to 5 and normally have busy weekends too. My preference is to share with someone who is:


1. Working full-time and have a busy lifestyle - not someone staying at home all time lol. Students are welcomed too. This place suits someone love privacy. Oh yeah, there's ensuite bathroom in the bedroom, all for yourself.

2. Exceptionally clean and respectful.

3. I prefer someone who is occasional cook or quick and simple cook only to keep kitchen area clean and free of smell

4. I'm quite house proud so someone who can also do their fair share of cleaning such as cleaning after cooking (if any) and cleaning their own bedroom and bathroom especially. If you're not that kind of person, will all respect, please do not apply.

5. The room is for ONE person only and I do not wish to see overstay stranger, you're welcome to bring your friend over but not overstay.

6. NO party, NO smoking individual

7. The price is including all bills. By saying that, electricity over certain amount will be shared. Will elaborate further when meeting.


I believe this place is for a busy individual who needs a quiet place to rest after busy day.

Based on past experiences, I'm very easy to live with. I don't mind with occasional chat but I keep it privately for the rest.
