THE HOUSE:
This is a great opportunity for a short-term furnished accommodation in Arncliffe, a 4 minute walk to Arncliffe station where you can find endless food options, supermarkets, kebob shop, Thai food shop and cafe shops! Trains to the city from Arncliffe take about 15 minutes.

There are 2 bedrooms in the house.
1 own room and 1 sheer room. I'm looking for a room mate. We have a shared kitchen, bathroom and an toilet in a house.

The kitchen includes all utensils for shared use and all basic appliances- gas stovetop and oven, microwave, kettle, blender. Washing machine in the laundry. We also have a balcony.

YOUR ROOM:
The room includes a single-bed, big mirror, large wardrobe.
Fully set up so all you need to bring is yourself and your clothes, and you're all good to go!

There is no TV in the room, but the TV in the living room has a Netflix account you can use.

Flatmates
We are a very relaxed household. Our owner is man who work full-time and one woman of student. They are Brazilians. I'm a Japanese. We usually keep mostly to ourselves but don't mind to have a drink and a laugh together every so often. We are usually all working during the day but will watch TV together in the evenings. We clean up after ourselves as we use things and share the cleaning between us. I like them who have bright, kindly, helpful personality!
