The room is huge with sofa coffee table and walk in wardrobe. $370 for one, $400 for two person. Bond is 3months rent.
You will be sharing only with me and my lovely cat. I am a 34 years old italian/Australian super busy that live chat wine share a dinner sometime and be social at home.
The place is in a lovely spot, 10 minutes walking to the most beautiful beach in Sydney and 15-20 to the train station but the bus is right outside the door.
It will suit a single, a couple or two friends
