- Residence period : Avail immediately ~ Aug 2019

- Rent fee : $120/week (Bond $240) All included water, gas, electricity and Internet

- Two wks bond & two wks rent up front

- Well-furnished room (a single bed, bedding, desk, chair, wardrobe)

- Close to Ashfield Mall (include Coles, Woolworths, Aldi), Ashian market etc

- Only 4 people in a house

- Be sharing the main bathroom with one other person

- There is a cute and timid cat. :)
