You wil have your OWN room - no sharing! All bills included with INTERNET.

You can use the Kitchen and Laundry and large garden balcony with a nice outlook.

Rent is very reasonable $180.00 per week, payable 4 weeks in advance - no bond. So you can stay 4 weeks at a time, However medium to long term is welcome to stay.
