Suitable for 1female student, available a study Room, to enjoy same as a small single room.
Total cost of the room $165pw including all house expenses. 1room for 1female student.
Family large house have an emptied room, to offer to a respectful female student.
Not allowed male visitors as per house rules, share house cleaning duty or pay for a cleaner if you are too busy.
To complete the cost total per week of the rent included house bills is required:
— pay $75per week +
— help house cleaning 4.5hrs per week (flexible hours any day after 5pm.)
Total cost of the room for rent & bills included for 1 person is $165pw.
The room is fully furnished with 1single beds, a large wardrobe, small desk, big book shelf & large mirrored dressing make-up drawer and bed side drawer.
3weeks bond is required, and minimum stay of 3 months.
Short walk 5mins to Train Station and to large shopping mall (2 malls in burwood)
