- New double bed, wide built-in wardrobe, desk, bookcase, drawer in the room
- 2weeks bond required
- own your key
- Inc. all bills, NBN unlimited Internet, rice and toilet paper
- 4weeks minimum stay
- 3weeks notice before moving out
