1 bedroom in a modern split level home. The room is on the lower level and all other rooms are upstairs. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our block is elevated with stunning hinterland views. We are conveniently located 5 to 12 minute drive to Coomera Westfield Shopping Mall, Library, Community Centre, Entertainment, Shops, Parks and the Coomera Train Station. The room has it's own ensuite with shower and toilet, as well as a walk in wardrobe/closet. The room also has a double bed, side table, towels, couch, and enough space for you to bring your own desk/TV/ mini fridge etc. As we are currently using the space as a spare room/ play room we will remove children's toys and table once tenancy begins. We also have fully ducted heat and air conditioning throughout the house.
