We are looking for a clean and quite female to rent our master room.

This beautiful room allows you to have your own privacy with your own bathroom, cloakroom and a huge bedroom with a sunny view:)
You will be living with an elderly couple who is quiet and respectful.

The location is great, it is very quiet and convenient located in Beverly hills.

5 mins walk to both Beverly hills ; Nawree station! 15minutes to the International Airport and 30 minutes to Central Station. There are also lots of restaurants and shops around, so you don't have to worry about your grocery shopping.

The house was built in 2011, the room is very new! We are looking for a girl who does not smoke, clean, quite and friendly.

Current tenant will be moving out in mid March , and the room will then be available.
