We are a family with a 19-Year old daughter who will start her university from Feb. 2024. I'm a housewife and my husband is an IT professional. We have very good habit, no smoking, always keeping room clean and quite.
Our house has 2 stories. 2 bedrooms on first floor and 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. we are living on 1st floor and share our 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. each floor has a bathroom and 1st floor has an additional toilet for all to use.
We are looking for 2 female students with good manner, clean and quite.
The house is located in a quite and safe area, and clean.
- only 7 minutes walking to the train station and
- 30 minutes by train to Redfern station which is the closest station from University of Sydney.
- 17 minutes by train to airport, 31 minutes by train to Central Station
- 15 minutes by car to Western Sydney University-Bankstown City Campus
- 10 minutes walking to shopping center including post office.
- Fast NBN internet available
We have all cookwares to share. All rooms are furnished with new furniture, height adjustable chair and desk. comfortable bed.
