Hi, I'm Elyn (She/Her). I work in the mental health sector and study psychology. We are kind, lovely, and respectful. With everyone's effort, the house is kept clean and organised. I'm proud that we created a safe space for everyone who lives there to call home.

You will share the house with the owners and their family. We are looking for a single person who does not smoke, consumes alcohol daily, and does not use illicit drugs to create a safe space for everyone at home.

Yes, we did see the aurora outside of our house on 11th May. We are just located near the seashore and so lucky we can just go watch aurora in our PJs.

One room is available now. One person per room. Share a bathroom (& toilet) with another housemate, plus another shared toilet.

Ideal shared house with a resort lifestyle. The beach is a two-minute walk away. Enjoy evening strolls along the waterfront, kite surfing, boating, swimming, fishing, jet skiing, bird-watching and much more. Several bike and walking trails around. You will find many cafes, supermarkets, banks, post office, gyms, chemists and a good supply of other retail shops within walking distance.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and recreation outdoor area. Super easy public transport access - the Westona Station takes you into the heart of the CBD, a short train ride away Zone 1.

No pet, no party, no smoking, no drinking and drugs.

Private room + shared bathroom with another person + one BIR ($280 per week)

All bedroom doors and bathroom doors have locks.

Rent included internet. Electricity, water, and gas are split evenly among housemates. Approximately $10 per week in total.

Lease term 6-month minimum. Bond two weeks rent. Two weeks' notice before moving out.
