The flat is very clean, with a shared living room and kitchen.
The minimum stay is 2 months, with payments every 4 weeks (or every 2 weeks if preferred), and a 2-week notice period is required.
We’re looking for someone who can move in on or close to the specified date, follows the house rules, and helps keep the space tidy.
