Looking for someone to rent a 1-bedroom unit for 2 weeks from December 28 to January 11.

I will moved in on December 14, but I’ll be going on vacation shortly after, so I’m seeking someone to use the whole unit temporarily.

The location is in Chatswood, within a 5-minute walk to the train station and shopping center.
The apartment is a loft-style unit, with the bedroom upstairs and the kitchen/living room downstairs, providing great separation.

I’m looking for someone who can keep the place tidy.

The price is $800for 2 weeks, and the unit can accommodate 2-3 people.
A $200 key deposit is required and will be refunded upon return of the key.
