We are seeking a new flatmate for our spare room as our current flatmate has finished her studies and is returning home.

The property is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit and is currently occupied by me and my boyfriend Lars (38) and his pet cat Geralt (9). The living areas are tiled and the bedrooms have been recently carpeted.

*1.3km walk to Sydney university (20min)
*3 min walk to South Everleigh shops (IGA, the grounds, Anita’s gelato)
multiple cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, bars, beauty salons, hairdressers within walking distance.

About us:

We are a quiet relaxed couple who are not particularly party goers but do enjoy socializing with friends.
I work 4 days a week in the office and Lars usually works in the office Mon-Friday.

On weekends we enjoy our down time by going to the beach, socializing with friends. Usually on a Sunday we enjoy having a BBQ dinner.

Neither of us smoke and wish to have a flatmate who doesn’t smoke.

We like the place to be kept clean so our ideal flatmate is someone who is clean and is okay living with a cat.
