Our flat is situated only a few steps away from the bus stop. This property is only 13 km away to the city, 4 km to Eastgardens Westfield Shopping Centre, and 6.5 Km to Maroubra Beach, if you are a lover of the ocean!

The rent is $290 per week which includes fast internet and water. Please note that due to the increasing costs of energy, electricity will be shared.

About us

We are a couple in our late 30s and we have been living in Sydney for more than 10 years. My partner has been recently relocated interstate for work and we would like to rent our studio room out to a full-time student or working professional. In other words, this apartment will be shared only between two females, providing a quiet and relaxing environment.
