We are having two single rooms for renting. $260 and $270 per week, accepting only 1 person in each room and no couples and included gas/electricity/wifi/water bills.

The Fully Furnished Rooms available for rent in Canterbury, NSW. Fully big renovated house with 2 floors (so it is pretty quiet house as everyone is busy of working and studying), new kitchen, living rooms, common areas.

9-10 mins walking to Canterbury station with the short-cut way. And 4-5 mins to buses stop.

Landlords are all professional officers (bankers) and asian-aussie. Very helpful, friendly and easy going but very clean people 😂 so looking for a clean/honest tenant to join our nice big house 😇.

We prefer someone who is professional worker and have the basic income to pay the rent on time, quiet, clean and honest to share the accommodations. Willing to help and share houseworks to keep the house clean.

No friends, family, relatives, lovers come over or parties please!!! No pets and non-smoker too sorry :(
