The room is available till Aug, with the potential for extension. Rent includes all bills such as high-speed internet, water, and electricity.
The room is furnished with a queen bed featuring storage space, a comfortable mattress, and a chest of drawers. Your room also includes a ceiling fan. I can accommodate a study desk and a chair if required.

You will have exclusive use of your own bathroom and shower. However, the separate toilet may occasionally be used by visitors or others.

The house has been fully renovated and features a modern, spacious design. The kitchen is perfect for those who love cooking, offering an ideal space for culinary enthusiasts 🧑‍🍳.

While the property includes a pool, its use is primarily reserved for the owners or may be permitted under certain conditions.
