I am looking for a couple, two male, or two female tenants to stay in a master room, sharing one queen mattress, in a 3-bedroom apartment flat on Rose Lane, near Southern Cross Station. Since it is a master room, you will have a bathroom in the room as well as a small balcony.

As for your flatmates, the other two rooms are currently occupied by two Korean men and two Japanese men, all of whom are welcoming, polite, and respectful.

The living room serves solely as a shared space for leisure and entertainment. This is why this house has always been and continues to be of great value, providing an environment where you can learn and share cultures and experiences while building friendships and lasting memories.

Such an environment is only possible with everyone’s effort to respect one another. Therefore, I expect you to respect your flatmates, the house rules, and of course, yourselves.

The rent is $260 per week per person, including all bills, and the bond is $500, which will, of course, be returned upon a condition check. The payment cycle is every 4 weeks (not 1 month), with an option to pay every 2 weeks. A 2-week notice is required before moving out, and the minimum stay is 3 months.

Also, please note that the room is available from 1 February. If your desired move-in date is later than 7 February, I will unfortunately have to decline.
