私のコミュニケーション言語は英語ですが、日本語も少し話せます。緊急時には、日本語と英語を流暢に話せる友人もいますので、何か難しいことがありましたら、お気軽にご相談ください。

I will be travelling to Japan and am able to rent out my personal apartment from 15/2 - 10/5 (85 days).

You are welcome to come and inspect the apartment if you are interested as I work from home.

Please note, this is my real home, not a typical rental so I will be looking for someone who can enjoy the home but I can still trust they will take good care of the place while I am gone.

Upon payment of the bond I will provide you with a guidebook on how to use the place.

My preferred language of communication is English but I can also speak a little bit of Japanese. In case of emergency I also have friends who can speak Japanese and English fluently if there is something difficult you need to communicate.
