Semi retired husband and wife looking for Chinese / Japanese / Korean homestay students to stay with us. Furnished room (bed, desk, etc.) . 7-minute walk to Epping train station, 5-minute to bus stop,/ 5-minute train ride to Macquarie University, 7-minute to Macquarie shopping centre. 16-minute to Chatswood, 30 minutes to CBD (downtown). Epping station is one of the biggest and most convenient station in sydney and its central to use Chatswood/City line, Hornsby/Newcastle line and Strathfield/City line.
Our home is a large modern home which has 6 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms, a large modern eat in kitchen and a huge sunny veranda & bush backyard. The large lounge room downstairs with TV and projector(for movies) is available for the use of home stay guests.Wireless internet . My home is in a quiet area and is run quietly so everyone can study and be happy. We are nice and friendly, and happy to help you solve out any problems.This is a very safe, clean family home in one of Sydney’s nicest and most convenient suburbs.
