It is 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the main Dee Why bus stop. 

If you have a car, you can use the covered parking spot, which is fully available. 

Very convenient location offering a really chilled out lifestyle. 

This place suits any single or a couple that want to live close to the beach in a nice and tidy place, with just 1 easygoing person to share. I'm not home all that often, so often you'll have the place for yourself.
