Beautifully clean apartment, in Zetland. 3 easy going girls looking for tidy and friendly flat mate^-^
Mod cons, with a high standard, living environment, 10 mins away from City. Oven, gas stove, double sink and separate laundry. Large balcony and living room.
Large fully furnished room with Queen Size bed.
Features and facilities: Unlimited Broadband Internet, house phone, Built-in wardrobe, your own outdoor area.
We are looking for mature and relaxed flat mate. Someone who enjoys culture, conversation and great meal. We like to be creative and have fun but not go crazy either. We want this flat feel like a home instead of a party house or hotel.
Ideally we would love someone who works as a team in maintaining the home. In addition, we all no smokers, so we prefer smoking free in the flat, and also no pets.
English speaking and no back packers please.
Traffic:
Close to Green Square Station which on the airport line, only 1 station away from city.
There are various buses goes to city for only 10 minutes. The bus stops are 1 minute walking distance.
The buses stops at Central, Town Hall, Circular Quay, also there are two direct bus to NSW university (Kingsford), Bondi Junction, Marruba and Googee beach.
This is a nice new neighborhood. There are various parks near by that you can exercise. There is a basketball ground close by. And a few public parks which have free BBQ stand.
Rent and bond:
Bond - $1120
For single is $280.00 per week, couple $330 (price NEGOTIABLE) paid monthly, excluding all bills.
