Good sized, sunny, airy, furnished bedroom available in a fully furnished, second floor, 2 bedroom apartment in a secure building in the heart of lovely leafy quiet street.
The bedroom have a large balcony with district views, plenty of morning sun, Weber barbecue, outdoors table set and chairs.
The bedroom comes with a mirrored built-in spacious wardrobe, a Queen bed, 2 chest of drawers and a heater.Linen/blankets/towels/pillows are provided.
The toilette is bright and have a shower and a separate bath tub.
The kitchen has all the essential appliances (fridge, electric stove oven/stock/griller, microwave, blender, etc) a dishwasher and lots of cupboard space. All Kitchen utensils, cookware, dinnerware, cutlery is provided. Spices and seasonings are available for the cooking enthusiast.
The wooden floor lounge have a good sized balcony with plenty of afternoon sun, a leather lounge and large Led flat TV and DVD player.
Foxtel is available on request.
External laundry with new washer/ dryer. Cleaning materials provided.
The apartment is a 3 minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, bus stop (386/387) to city and Bondi Junction/ Westfield Shopping Center and 10 minutes walk to Post Office, Banks, Supermarkets and Rose Bay beach. It is 15 minutes walk to parks, Rose Bay Ferry to the city and 20 minutes walk to Bondi Beach.
There is ample on street parking and a car space.
You will be sharing the flat with 1 or maximum 2 other people. Looking for a Non Smokers, clean, tidy couple. No party people.
Minimum stay 3 months but longer term is preferred.
Rent is $420 per week (paid weekly in advance) with 2 weeks bond including all bills and free unlimited high speed WiFi internet.
