We are looking for:

- Reasonably neat - no nasty slobs need apply

The unit is large and well equipped. Unit complex is excellent, neighbors are good.

Apartment has a large Balcony, 2 bathrooms, inside Laundry (with washing machine). Apartment complex has a big pool, excellent maintenance.

Existing flatmates are fairly neat but not OCD. Smokers are welcome, but please smoke outside. Currently, 1 Thai male has taken 1 bedroom and 1 Korean couple live in master room (female speak Japanese fluently), 1 room is available for rent.
