Responsibilities shall include:-
Fluency in Japanese Keigo both written and oral
Maximising both direct and indirect sales via effective handling of requests over multiple communication channels (phone, email, social media) for our clients
Promoting our client products and services and increase the revenue
Loyalty Program management
Providing our client and customer outstanding service in compliance with quality standards
Back office function

Ideal candidate will have:
Fluency in native language Japanese Keigo both written and oral
Good command of communication skill in English both written and oral
Ability to multi-tasking especially on using multiple screens and tools simultaneously
Good communication and interpersonal skill
High attention to detail
Knowledge of travel or airline industry preferable but not essential
Knowledge of Amadeus GDS booking system preferable but not essential
