The Romeo's Retail Group is family owned independent supermarket chain, trading multiple stores in NSW & SA.

Our Summer Hill store has recently undergone a major refurbishment which included the addition of the Emperor Sushi Bar concept. The store will be preparing quality sushi and related products for take away meals.

We are seeking experienced hands-on sushi chefs along with a committed person to manage this exciting new concept within the Summer Hill store. You will be working with a small dedicated team of experienced sushi chefs to produce, pack and display quality sushi. You must have exception skills including the cutting of fish and sushi preparation.

The management position requires the successful person to have a minimum of 3 years experience within a Sushi take away store.

The preparation area of the sushi bar is in full view to shoppers within the supermarket, therefore it is essential that all applicants are well groomed and clean.

We are offering a very competitive salary for the management role and above award salaries to the second in charge role. There are also a number of other assistant roles available within this department. Romeo's offers excellent working conditions along with staff discount for all grocery products.
