New Charcoal Grill Restaurant in Noosa , inspired by Japanese counter dining, encouraging an interaction between the customer and chef. The menu focuses on high quality ingredients grilled over charcoal, known as Sumi bi yaki. (炭火焼) The menu will include a carefully selected wine list. The grill and plates imported from Japan. We offer a three, five or seven course menus accomodating to individuals preferences. There are 26seats including 13 around the bar and additional seats outside within the atrium.
Bookings of up to 20 guests are possible. Opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday 5:30 - 9:30PM. Work around 48 hours per week. You'll be working with Chef owner in a new designer kitchen
