只今ベルリッツでは夕方から夜の時間帯で週3日ほど勤務いただけるスタッフを募集しております。
スクールの顔としお客様対応をしていただきます。
多くのプロフェッショナルなお客様がメインですので、社会経験の有る責任感の強い方をお待ちしております。

OFFICE POSITION AVAILABLE
Berlitz needs to hire a professional and responsible person to work in our office covering the afternoon/evening shift 3 days a week, starting from about 5pm and finishing at 9.30pm. The office is based in Pitt Street, in the city, opposite Wynyard Station.
This is a multi-purpose role that involves dealing with customers in person and over the phone or by email. A key part of this includes welcoming customers on their arrival for training lessons, explaining course options for new potential customers, and supporting teachers who are conducting their lessons. You will need to be able to have confident speaking skills with people from different countries.
Admin functions include updating the management database system, arranging teacher schedules, reconciling customer balances and sending reports to head office each month.
This position will start in August, and training is provided as part of a handover with the existing staff who is leaving.
Main tasks:
• Handling any customer enquiries.
• Welcoming new and existing customers who arrive at the office
• Follow-up emails or phone calls with potential customers
• Communicating with teachers to support their needs/schedules
Key requirements:
• Customer service/sales experience essential, especially with corporate and adult customers
• Mature and responsible person who can work independently
• Ability to communicate with adult customers, corporate clients
• Native-level fluency in Japanese and excellent English speaking skills required
• Excellent manner on the telephone – in Japanese and English
• Excellent organisational skills required
• Ability to use social media, online marketing, EDMs, etc.
