6-Month Contract - Customer Service - Japanese Speaker

We are looking for a native Japanese speaker and superstar to join our crew of Customer Service Representatives. This is a fixed-term, 6-month contract role, Working Holiday Visas accepted.

To achieve this level of customer satisfaction, we rely on the help of our super talented and amazing team of customer service representatives.

You are personable and well spoken, your gif game is next-to-none, and you truly enjoy helping customers have the best experience possible. Ability to structure coherent sentences through Emoji’s is a huge plus!

This is a full-time rostered role, ranging between the hours of Monday to Saturday (08.00AM – 7.00PM) for an 7.5 hour day.

Qualifications and Technical competencies:
-Serving email, phone, social media and chat requests
-Informing customers about our products and services
-Identify customers’ needs - both implicit and explicit
-Ensuring a smooth delivery process
-Problem-solving and liaising with management on critical issues
-Returns and Warranties
-Liaising with our courier company
-Providing excellence in customer service to all customers

Required skills:
-Must be fluent in Japanese and English
-Previous experience in a customer support role
-Patient, empathetic and friendly nature
-Customer focused and able to adapt to a range of personality types
-Ability to develop and follow strict processes
-Ability to understand and use technology to solve problems
-Extremely organised and data-driven
