We are looking is looking for someone who is technically savvy with customer service experience. Someone who is computer literate, service-oriented person who can answer phone calls, scan mail, take messages, collect and enter rent payments, file etc., and types a minimum of 55wpm. They will train this person how to use their software to collect and enter rent, but you must be able to pick this up quickly.



· You must have Active driver's or Valid license, a reliable car to drive and car insurance.



· Must be willing to work when needed, weekends included



· Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred



Additionally we are looking for someone who can take charge of this position.
