Shop is located at 73 Glebe Point Rd Glebe(behind the Broadway shopping centre), offering a valued dining experience with fresh meat, sushi, sashimi, Donburi, Highball and alcohols.

Trading Hours are Mon-Sun 5pm-10pm. Sat and Sun also lunch 11-3pm.
We provide free staff meals and drink and Staff discounts.

1. Hall Manager
Can work full time including weekends.
At least 2 years experience in the dining restaurant at a Supervisory or Management level.
Outstanding customer service and skilled in solving customer’s enquiries.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to plan menus and organize special events.
Can training waitstaff
Must have RSA

2. Waitstaff
Friendly and attentive to customers
Team work
Must have RSA

3. Bartenders
Have experience working as a bartender who can make your own cocktail menu and recipes.
Duties are making Highball, Tanghulu highball, serve tap beer, bottle beer, sake.
Prefer have knowledge Japanese alcohols
Must have RSA

4. Meat Chef

Can work full time including Weekends.
Duties are mainly cutting meats.
Have knowledge of handling the raw meats and knife skills
Prefer experience work at same field( BBQ restaurant)

5. Kitchen Hand
At least 1 year experience at this position
who is willing to try to work fast and hard

6. Sushi Chef
At least 1 year experience regarding Sushi, Roll, Sashimi, Donburi.
Prefer fast hand and organised person.
